JTB Malaysia was setup in the mid of 1990 in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965. Licenced to perform inbound, outbound and ticketing business by the Ministry of Tourism formerly known as the Ministry of Culture, Arts & Tourism. Also members of several associations such as the International Air Transport Association ("IATA"), Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents ("MATTA"), Association of Japanese Tour Operators ("AJTO"), Market Development Programme ("MDP")....

Company Profile

JTB Malaysia is a member of the JTB Corp group of companies and therefore enjoys global positioning from JTB extensive network and branches. In Malaysia, JTB Malaysia operates two main offices. Kuala Lumpur being the head office while Penang the the branch operating the northern region. Supported by a chain of suppliers, representatives and contractors throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Borneo.
